This is Bob Flaws's rendition of Po Sum On oil. Directions: Adults and children two years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. For external use. Note: The date on the bottles of Blue Poppy products is the manufacturer date (the date the product was made). For maximum efficacy, Blue Poppy suggests using their encapsulated and tableted formulas within 5 years of the manufacturer date; liniments within 5 years of the manufacturer date; ointments and skincare within 2 years of the manufacturer date; and pediatric formulas within 36 months of the manufacturer date.
