The Iron Range IRTG-36 36" x 21" Countertop Commercial Gas Commercial Griddle with Thermostatic Control provides the durability and performance you need to get the job done. The efficient 3/4” griddle plate offers the thickness of even heat distribution and retention along with the Iron Range “quick on” that turns the burners on when the probes sense temperature drop. This gives you important quick temperature recovery when cooking. The result is faster cook times. They are available in 24”, 36” and 48” widths. Units are shipped for natural gas but are easily converted to LPG (propane) gas with the LPG conversion kit that is included. All Griddles carry ETL approval for gas and sanitation that pass USA requirements for use in food service. • STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE PLATE: For quality performance, the efficient griddle surface is 3/4" thick, ensuring quick recovery and convenient heat retention.
• REMOVABLE GREASE CATCH PAN: A channel along the front of the griddle plate collects grease and directs it into the removable grease tray. When it's time to clean up, the tray can be removed and emptied quickly, making clean up a breeze.
• ADJUSTABLE LEGS: The stainless steel non skid legs that come with this griddle are adjustable from 4" to 5" to provide stability on any surface.
• THERMOSTATIC CONTROLS: Three separate thermostatic controls allow you to adjust the temperature to suit the cooking requirements of different foods. This prevents you from burning one product while others finish cooking.
